More About Me

My belief is the future of Winnipeg lies in the ability of the City and its developers to make use of existing vacant lands in the downtown area and move away from the model of urban sprawl.

I have a great appreciation of arts and crafts homes and historic buildings and try to encourage clients to conserve and restore these gems.

Being a Realtor is a 24/7 job and it is one that requires 100% commitment. Born and raised in South Winnipeg, I have had the privilege of attaining a post secondary education from both University of Winnipeg and University of Manitoba in the liberal arts,my chosen field being Urban Studies and Public Administration. I have had the good fortune to have met the right woman and together we have raised three wonderful women and have made our home in the St Boniface / St. Vital areas. I have a strong preference for older neighbourhoods with character homes and I encourage families to secure and renew homes in those locales if they are available discouraging urban sprawl. I am active in a variety of school and recreational organizations in support of the family and the community, and am a big supporter of the Bombers, Jets, and Goldeyes.
